Behind Cafe Mexía there is a coffee family with decades of experience in coffee growing. Our mission is to share our harvest directly with the specialized consumer. We have a variety of seeds and processes and we will be happy to send you our best coffee, fresh and roasted, ready to be prepared in your coffee shop or your home.

Here, in the mountains of the Coffee Capital of Colombia, Sevilla, Valle del Cauca. In the village El Venado at 1450 meters above sea level, in a land .. favored by a temperate climate and in harmony with the local flora and fauna, we produce coffee year after year, testing different varieties and improving the practices associated with the harvest.

If you look at the second video you can see the neighboring plantation, and if you consider the density of trees, you will notice the difference between the ecosystemically harmonious practices. The colleagues argue that the more sunlight, the more production, but we are interested in quality, and the shade and organic matter provided by the trees, point to that.
